DocKit by CAPITA S.R.L.
Service description
DocKit is an iOS application that allows users to view and verify .p7m files containing digital signatures in CAdES format (Cryptographic Message Syntax Advanced Electronic Signatures).
Nature of verification
The digital signature verification performed by DocKit is for informational purposes only and does not in any way replace qualified legal validation. The user is responsible for verifying the legal validity of documents using the tools and procedures required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
CAPITA S.R.L. provides no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or reliability in the verification of digital signatures. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In-app purchases
DocKit offers the following in-app purchase options:
- Single export — €1.99. Allows the export of a single original document.
- Annual subscription (DocKit Pro) — €5.99/year. Unlimited access to all export features.
The subscription renews automatically at expiration, unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscription management and cancellation can be done from the user's App Store account settings.
Intellectual property
DocKit and all related content are the property of CAPITA S.R.L. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app, subject to the terms of Apple's standard license agreement (EULA).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Changes to terms
CAPITA S.R.L. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes shall be effective from the date of publication on this page.
